Role overview

Bosch Engineering Process, Methods and Tools develops platforms, automation, analytics and generative AI applications for engineering teams. This AI Engineer role is based in Ho Chi Minh City and contributes to AI-assisted software development across global teams.

Responsibilities

Develop AI-powered tools and applications for engineering use cases.
Build and integrate generative AI and agent solutions, including data pipelines, analytics and machine-learning workflows.
Support model deployment and evaluation, and improve engineering productivity with global colleagues.
Contribute to software development, testing and automation while applying current AI, cloud and DevOps practices.

Qualifications

Hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, AI, software engineering, data science or a related technical field.
Program strongly in Python and apply sound software engineering practices.
Understand generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, retrieval-augmented generation and tools such as LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel or compatible APIs.
Know agent configuration, knowledge bases, cloud services, APIs, containers, data processing, prompt engineering and model evaluation.
Use Git, CI/CD, testing and collaborative development workflows, and communicate effectively in English with global stakeholders.
Hands-on copilots or chatbots, Azure AI, AWS or Google Cloud, and DevOps, MLOps or LLMOps experience are advantages.

Benefits
