Role overview

Responsibilities

Develop AI tools for engineering tasks and integrate generative-AI or agent capabilities into applications.
Work with data pipelines, analytics and machine-learning workflows; help deploy and evaluate models.
Collaborate with international teams on software implementation, testing and automation.

Qualifications

A relevant degree and strong Python programming with sound software-engineering fundamentals.
Understanding of LLMs, agents, RAG, prompt engineering, model evaluation and tools such as LangChain, LangGraph or Semantic Kernel.
Familiarity with cloud APIs, containers, Git, CI/CD and testing; English communication. Shipped copilots, chatbots or automation projects are advantages.

Benefits

Bosch lists a thirteenth-month payment, performance bonus, paid leave, family health cover, training and allowances for meals or parking.
Some candidates with at least four years of relevant experience may qualify for a joining bonus if they join by 31 December 2026; employer terms apply.
