AI Enablement Engineer at Keyloop

Role overview

Help Keyloop product and engineering teams adopt internal AI development capabilities through hands-on engineering, coaching and feedback to the teams building those capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Pair with engineering teams and AI Champions to apply approved AI tools, agents and development workflows to real technical work.
• Test experimental Keystone solutions on internal systems, contribute fixes or pull requests and report practical limitations to the platform team.
• Develop team Champions, share effective practices across locations and distinguish AI blockers from broader engineering problems.

Qualifications

• Hands-on software engineering credibility and fluency with AI-assisted or agentic development, including the ability to coach other engineers.
• Comfort learning evolving tools before full documentation exists and choosing direct support or Champion-led enablement to fit each team.
• Experience collaborating across distributed engineering groups and ability to work from Ho Chi Minh City or the other advertised location.
