Role overview

The specialist works with engineering, data engineering, product and QA teams to improve reliability of AI-driven products and the data used in training and inference.

Responsibilities

Design tests for AI and machine-learning features, assess model responses for accuracy, bias, hallucinations and consistency, and define acceptance benchmarks.
Validate ETL and ELT ingestion, transformation and loading; detect missing data, schema changes and integrity issues between source systems, warehouses and models.
Evaluate training datasets and model metrics, monitor data drift, and automate regression, API and data-quality checks in CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

A relevant degree, at least five years in software QA, automation or data validation, and at least two years in AI and data-quality testing.
Strong SQL and Python for data automation, plus TypeScript or Java for other test automation; experience testing APIs and distributed systems.
Familiarity with LLM applications, prompt evaluation, machine-learning behavior, AWS, CI/CD and DevOps practices; good written and spoken English.
