Role overview

Reddit’s Ads Creative and Recommendations team builds advertiser-facing workflows that combine creative, recommendations and campaign creation. This senior frontend role helps advertisers move from an idea to an effective campaign with useful context and evidence-backed guidance.

Responsibilities

Build and evolve advertiser tools using JavaScript, TypeScript and React.
Own complex product areas from technical design through launch, measurement and iteration.
Turn sophisticated recommendation and creative capabilities into simple, fast and dependable workflows.
Collaborate with product, design, data science, machine learning and backend engineering.
Improve frontend architecture, accessibility, performance, maintainability and testing.
Use feedback and product evidence to refine recommendations and campaign-creation experiences.

Qualifications

Deep professional experience with JavaScript, TypeScript and React.
Strong frontend architecture, performance, accessibility and testing skills.
Experience building complex advertiser, analytics, recommendation or campaign workflows.
Ability to work independently in ambiguous product areas and collaborate across disciplines.
Strong product judgement and communication, with attention to intuitive user experiences.
