About department: SO.

As an in-house service provider, SO department supports the Bosch Group in areas including Supply Chain Management, Project Management, Data Security, L1/L2 IT Help with, Human Resources Shared Services, Web Content Management, Quality Management as well as Translation/Interpreter services. We pool administrative tasks and Maintain efficient processes and improve the entire service chain using automation solutions such as RPA and AI. Through the various sections and topics listed here, we aim to introduce to the customers from all around the world to get to know about our Overview, Services, our Competencies, Tools & Process and Expertise as we deliver excellence together as one team.

Key Responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Build and support scalable web applications using modern front-end frameworks (React, Vue, etc.) and back-end technologies (Node.js, Python/FastAPI, etc.).
• Design APIs and services to interface with ML models and data pipelines.
• Integrate cloud services and manage infrastructure using AWS/GCP/Azure.
• Maintain performance, responsiveness, and security across platforms.
• Design, fine-tune, and optimize LLM for specific use cases (e.g., chatbots, summarization, document processing).
• Work with vector databases and embedding models for semantic search and retrieval.
• Build RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines and LLMOps workflows.
• Build AI safety, prompt engineering, and performance monitoring.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering and full-stack development.
• Solid understanding of: Back-end: Node.js, FastAPI, Flask Front-end: React, Next.js, Vue Programming: Python, JavaScript/TypeScript LLMs (OpenAI GPT, Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain/LlamaIndex) ML Frameworks: PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face… Databases: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, and vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone).
• Back-end: Node.js, FastAPI, Flask.
• Front-end: React, Next.js, Vue.
• Programming: Python, JavaScript/TypeScript.
• LLMs (OpenAI GPT, Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain/LlamaIndex).
• ML Frameworks: PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face….
• Databases: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, and vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone).
• experience in Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Git, Agile.
• Fluent in English communication (written & verbal).
