Role overview

The engineer establishes safety and security evaluation for AI-enabled products, LLM deployments and agentic systems across Bosch business units.

Responsibilities

Design red-team tests for harmful outputs, jailbreaks, prompt injection and excessive agency, and threat-model the path from user input to tool execution.
Verify human oversight for consequential agent actions, review external penetration tests, build automated evaluation tooling and translate AI governance frameworks into engineering tests.

Qualifications

A related bachelor’s or master’s degree, at least six years in security testing, two years in AI or ML safety and two years testing LLM or agentic systems are requested.
Python or JavaScript tooling, technical writing and working knowledge of a governance framework such as NIST AI RMF or ISO/IEC 42001 are required; MCP experience is preferred.
