Role overview

Replika seeks an experienced product engineer to work with a small team on consumer AI features from uncertain ideas through launch.

Responsibilities

Own product features end to end, challenge unclear specifications and make practical design decisions with the team.
Build and iterate user-facing experiences, collaborate directly with leadership and use coding tools thoughtfully.

Qualifications

Track record of shipping consumer products and complex features, preferably in an early-stage team.
Strong product judgment, comfort with ambiguity, agent-assisted engineering and fluent written and spoken English.
