Responsibilities

Build user-facing features from database models and GraphQL resolvers through UI components.
Improve data synchronisation and real-time collaborative editing.
Profile and optimise virtualised lists and application performance.
Add analytics, monitoring and alerts for operational response.
Shape software-development processes and open-source useful innovations.

Qualifications

At least five years building customer-facing products.
Strong React and TypeScript with browser, Node, GraphQL and PostgreSQL experience.
A record of delivering complex end-to-end features with visible product impact.
Product judgement, ownership and comfort shaping problems without heavy project-management overhead.
Experience in a high-quality startup or similarly demanding engineering environment.
