Senior / Lead Fullstack Engineer (Node.js, React.js/Vue.js) at GRADION

Role overview

Own backend and frontend delivery in Gradion product teams serving European e-commerce and B2B SaaS clients, with hands-on technical leadership and direct client collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design APIs and services, build reusable frontend components, and choose scalable architecture across both application layers.
• Model and tune relational or NoSQL data, improve caching, monitoring, security and frontend performance, and address technical debt.
• Lead code reviews and technical decisions, coach other engineers and translate product and client needs into working software.

Qualifications

• At least seven years of full-stack development, with strong practical depth in the role’s named backend and frontend technologies.
• JavaScript or TypeScript, REST or GraphQL APIs, data modelling across PostgreSQL, MySQL or MongoDB, plus Git and CI/CD experience.
• Professional English for technical work with international clients, sound debugging and performance skills, and evidence of technical leadership.
