Role overview

The 1Password IT Engineering team manages secure access across the company. This senior role improves identity provider configuration, integrations and automation.

Responsibilities

Operate Okta policies, account lifecycle, role-based access and access reviews.
Integrate applications with SAML, OIDC, SCIM and REST APIs; automate onboarding and offboarding.
Use Terraform or other Git-based configuration workflows and build safeguards for auditable access changes.

Qualifications

Substantial technical IT or systems administration experience with Okta or a comparable identity provider.
Identity protocols, API scripting with Python or Bash and infrastructure as code.
Ability to manage technical projects, security risk and stakeholder communication.
