Role overview

Reddit’s Ads Business Engineering team works at the intersection of engineering, product, sales and business development. The role helps technology partners, agencies and advertisers integrate with Reddit’s advertising APIs and platform.

Responsibilities

Drive strategic AdTech integrations and partnership programmes for Reddit’s advertising platform.
Provide technical consulting and hands-on engineering for API integrations and partner implementations.
Guide integrations across Reddit’s stack and, when needed, partner or advertiser codebases.
Work with engineering, product, sales and business-development teams to define solutions and launch programmes.
Help scale Reddit’s developer ecosystem and improve documentation, tooling and integration quality.
Troubleshoot technical issues, manage relationships and turn partner needs into product feedback.

Qualifications

Strong software-engineering experience with APIs, integrations and production systems.
Experience in technical consulting, solutions engineering, business engineering or developer platforms.
Understanding of advertising technology, web services, authentication and partner integrations.
Ability to read and contribute to code while communicating with technical and commercial stakeholders.
Strong ownership, problem solving and cross-functional communication skills.
