GTEMAS seeks a QA engineer who combines automation with manual and exploratory testing. The posting covers middle and senior levels; senior engineers set strategy and mentor the team.

Responsibilities

Plan feature coverage across automated, manual and exploratory tests; implement UI and API tests with tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Postman or RestAssured.
Make automated suites part of CI/CD gates, investigate edge cases and complex business flows manually, and document defects in Jira with reproducible steps.
At senior level, design the automation framework and testing approach used by other QA engineers.

Qualifications

At least three years of QA experience for middle level or five for senior level, with both automation and hands-on exploratory testing.
Ability to code tests in Java, Python or JavaScript/TypeScript and validate APIs, databases and performance using tools such as JMeter or k6.
Fluent written and spoken English, sound testing judgment and the ability to read application code; senior applicants need framework-building and mentoring experience.
