Role overview

The role leads QA team development and testing strategy for product engineering in Vietnam.

Responsibilities

Hire and coach testers, set test and defect workflows, architect maintainable automation, and participate in release decisions.
Advance performance, load and API-security testing, use quality metrics, and evaluate AI-assisted testing practices with Engineering, Product and DevOps.

Qualifications

At least seven years in QA and three years leading a team of five or more are requested.
