Role overview

Reddit applies machine learning to recommendations, search, advertising and content understanding across its consumer and ads products.

Responsibilities

Build and deploy models for ranking, recommendations, ads, search and user or content signals.
Own feature engineering, training, evaluation, deployment, monitoring and reliable data/model pipelines at scale.

Qualifications

Production ML engineering experience, strong programming in Python, Java, Go or similar languages, and scalable data and model systems.
Ability to collaborate with product, data science and infrastructure teams while improving latency, throughput and model quality.
