Role overview

The AI Product Builder turns business and domain requirements into working B2B back-office prototypes, then provides testable specifications and handovers to engineering. The role combines product judgment, generative AI tools and hands-on full-stack delivery.

Responsibilities

Translate ambiguous business needs into prompts, AI-assisted workflows, system designs and usable interface specifications.
Build rapid UI prototypes and working vertical slices using code, LLM tools and suitable low-code tools; test hypotheses with stakeholders.
Hand over behavior, data contracts and non-functional considerations to engineering for production development.
Use AI-assisted analysis to extend existing products and improve product-team tooling and templates.
Protect customer data and credentials while implementing authentication, observability and reliable deployment practices where needed.

Qualifications

Target of eight or more years in software development with substantial backend and frontend delivery experience.
Hands-on Java or Ruby on Rails, REST APIs, modern JavaScript/TypeScript interfaces such as React, Next, Vue, Nuxt or Angular, and strong SQL.
Experience with Git, code review, CI/CD, AWS and Docker; ability to deliver secure, testable prototypes.
Daily practical use of generative AI and LLMs in real product work, with a record of turning product requirements into shipped functionality.
Clear English communication and comfort working across product, UX and engineering teams.

Hybrid schedule of two office days and three home-working days, with a flexible weekday start between 8 and 9 a.m.
