Role overview

Horizon3 develops NodeZero, a container-based autonomous penetration-testing platform. This hands-on staff engineering role sets technical direction and writes production code for the Image Build and Release team. The posting lists remote work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Own CI/CD from source to signed, scanned NodeZero container artifact.
Set image hardening, CVE scanning, signing, versioning and release-gate standards.
Work with OTA engineers on rollout, rollback and version pinning across customer deployments.
Mentor engineers and respond to build or delivery incidents.

Qualifications

Eight or more years in software engineering with deep container build, CI/CD or release engineering experience.
Expert Docker, image construction and signing or scanning tools such as Cosign, Trivy or equivalents.
Kubernetes, artifact registries, OTA delivery and Go, Python or shell scripting; technical leadership.
