Solutions Engineer at Grafana Labs (France)

Role overview

Grafana Labs' solutions engineers are customer-facing product specialists. They listen to prospective and existing customers, identify their technical needs and explain how Grafana products can address those needs. This posting is remote in France.

Responsibilities

• Work with the sales team to explain Grafana Labs’ product value, vision and technical approach.
• Own technical conversations for complex opportunities, using product knowledge and credible solution design.
• Present and demonstrate products to prospective and existing customers.
• Ask detailed questions, translate customer requirements into technical options and help teams resolve monitoring challenges.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of technical presales experience, according to this employer posting.
• Strong written and spoken communication for customers and a remote internal team.
• Ability to explain technical advantages clearly and solve customer problems creatively.
• Interest in open-source software or metrics and monitoring; related experience is an advantage.
• Experience with a sales methodology such as MEDD(P)ICC is a plus.
