GitLab seeks a staff solutions architect who is the technical specialist for one product group on complex enterprise opportunities.

Responsibilities

Lead architecture discussions, technical workshops and proof-of-value evaluations with clear success criteria.
Turn customer needs into reusable playbooks and product feedback; coach account solutions architects on AI, security, platform or DevSecOps capabilities.

Qualifications

Substantial solutions architecture, consulting, pre-sales or software engineering experience in a relevant technical domain.
Hands-on agentic and AI-assisted development, Git, CI/CD, containers, Kubernetes and cloud, plus clear executive and engineering communication.
