Responsibilities

Design, build or lead technical work for enterprise systems for AI productivity.
Collaborate with product, security, design and engineering teams.
Improve reliability, testing, automation, documentation and user experience.
Translate customer and partner needs into maintainable product capabilities.

Qualifications

Bring experience in information technology (IT) systems, automation engineering, or enterprise productivity enablement.
Design and implement technical solutions using application programming interfaces (APIs), connectors, and low-code/no-code tools.
Build and maintain workflow automations that reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency.
Collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders to understand challenges and deliver practical solutions.
Support cross-functional initiatives and deliver reliable, scalable enterprise solutions.
Experience with AI-enabled productivity platforms, workflow automation tools, or modern integration frameworks such as Glean, Dust, or Workato.
Experience working with enterprise collaboration tools and their integrations, including Slack, Notion, Google Workspace, Zoom, or Asana.
Manage and configure centralized AI and automation platforms for secure, scalable, and reliable use.
Build and maintain AI-powered workflows that streamline operations across teams.
Partner with business stakeholders to translate workflow challenges into effective technical solutions.
Develop documentation, standards, and best practices for enterprise AI and automation.
Provide technical guidance and training to support adoption of AI and automation capabilities.
Improve productivity through measurable reductions in manual steps, workflow completion times, and operational overhead.
USA-based roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between $123,000 USD and $172,000 USD, plus immediate participation in 1Password's benefits program (health, dental, 401k and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.
Canada-based roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between $117,000 CAD and $164,000 CAD, plus immediate participation in 1Password’s generous benefits program (health, dental, RRSP and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.
