Enterprise Architect, Finance Technology at Reddit

Role overview

Reddit is hiring an Enterprise Architect to own the systems and data architecture underpinning Finance. The role combines strategic leadership, hands-on systems engineering and management of a small high-impact team.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end architecture for ERP, close management, planning and consolidation, data pipelines and related Finance tooling.
• Maintain a systems roadmap aligned with Reddit growth, acquisitions and reporting requirements.
• Evaluate build-versus-buy decisions and provide technical leadership for Finance investments.
• Set architectural standards, integration patterns and data-governance practices.
• Partner with Corporate Engineering, Data Engineering and Security on scalable, compliant integrations.
• Lead delivery of systems-engineering work, manage a small team and translate Finance needs into reliable platforms.

Qualifications

• Extensive enterprise architecture or systems-engineering experience in Finance technology.
• Experience with ERP, financial planning, consolidation, data pipelines and enterprise integrations.
• Strong understanding of data governance, security, compliance and scalable cloud systems.
• Ability to translate business complexity into clear architecture and practical delivery.
• Strategic communication, stakeholder management and technical leadership skills.
