Role overview

Money Forward Vietnam seeks a hands-on AI technical lead to turn context and evaluation standards into working pilots before wider adoption. The role covers knowledge modeling, retrieval, agent tooling and repeatable quality measurement.

Responsibilities

Design and deliver context and harness workstreams; review context formats, ontology models, integrations and evaluation proposals.
Help pilot teams convert knowledge from GitHub, Notion and Slack into agent-ready context, create fixtures and control routing and token budgets.
Prototype a YAML-schema ontology for a domain workflow and validate access to internal or external agent platforms.
Build a repository-native evaluation harness with benchmark tasks, quality gates and CI integration; document pilot evidence and reusable standards.

Qualifications

Practical experience with RAG, retrieval pipelines, context-window management and short- or long-term agent memory.
Ability to connect LLM agents to tools, APIs or MCP servers while setting permissions, sandbox boundaries and verification checks.
Strong software-engineering and Git/CI practice, with enough technical leadership to guide proofs of concept and cross-team reviews.
Experience with knowledge modeling, indexing, hybrid search or context freshness is relevant to the work.

Hybrid schedule of two office days and three home-working days, with a flexible weekday start between 8 and 9 a.m.
