Role overview

Linro needs a test engineer to make releases of its cloud-security policy engine and integrations reliable. The role covers real cloud test environments and quality checks for AI-generated code. The posting lists remote work in Germany or Hungary.

Responsibilities

Build and operate nightly, pre-release and production regression runs against real installations.
Create reference cases, property-based and differential tests for policy-engine correctness.
Manage cloud test environments and CI gates; extend coverage to APIs, frontend, plugins, MCP server and agent guardrails.
Separate product defects from test failures and environment noise, and report results clearly.

Qualifications

At least four years in testing or quality engineering for distributed backend or cloud products, with real coding experience.
End-to-end testing across UI, APIs and infrastructure, including pipelines, data setup and flaky-test handling; Playwright or similar tools.
Cloud, Terraform, Kubernetes or Helm, strong written communication and practical use of AI coding agents.
