Role overview

Rerun Hub stores and manages large robot-training datasets. This engineer owns the control plane that deploys the platform in Rerun’s cloud and customer environments, including its Kubernetes operator. The listing names Sweden and the US East Coast.

Responsibilities

  • Build Kubernetes custom resources, controllers, reconciliation logic and APIs for installation and management.
  • Adapt networking, identity, storage and cluster configuration to customer cloud requirements.
  • Improve observability, CI/CD, incident response and production reliability; share follow-the-sun on-call work.

Qualifications

  • Strong software engineering and deep Kubernetes operator experience, or strong Go and distributed-systems fundamentals with interest in the operator pattern.
  • Proficiency in Go and ability to read or learn asynchronous Rust.
  • AWS, infrastructure as code such as Terraform or OpenTofu, production observability and English communication.
