Role overview
The Reliability team works with product engineering to set and measure availability targets for services used in live customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Design and test recovery programmes; define SLAs and SLOs; improve alerts, on-call and incident reviews; automate diagnosis and remediation; advise product architecture.
Qualifications
- Production SRE or infrastructure experience, backend coding and automation, incident ownership, observability, Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure; AWS or GCP preferred.
