The Solutions Engineering team connects Grafana customers and prospects with product and engineering experts. The posting requires the employee to be located in the United Kingdom.

Responsibilities

Own technical customer engagement, deliver demonstrations and presentations, and translate observability needs into Grafana solutions.
Share customer feedback with Product and Engineering and create documentation, videos or knowledge-base material.

Qualifications

At least five years of technical pre-sales experience, strong spoken and written communication, and comfort with complex technical discussions are requested.
Open-source or metrics-monitoring experience is useful.
