Role overview

This individual-contributor role crosses client teams to improve architecture, scalability, performance and reliability without direct line management.

Responsibilities

Design and prototype complex systems, review high-risk code, resolve difficult production failures and advise tech leads and clients.
Apply LLM APIs, AI agents, retrieval-augmented generation and evaluation to useful engineering and product problems.

Qualifications

The employer asks for eight or more years building production software, strong system design and depth in at least one language.
Hands-on LLM systems, AI coding agents and technical direction across teams are expected. Python, Go, Node.js, Java, AWS, GCP, Docker or Kubernetes are examples rather than strict requirements.
