Role overview
GTEMAS seeks a senior Go developer for high-throughput, low-latency services where concurrency and resource efficiency matter.
Responsibilities
- Design production microservices in Go and connect them through gRPC and Protocol Buffers.
- Use Kafka or NATS for event-driven communication and tune goroutines and channels for concurrent workloads.
- Operate containers on Kubernetes, including EKS or GKE, and profile performance with pprof.
Qualifications
- At least four years using Go in production and a strong grasp of concurrency, memory and distributed systems.
- Experience with large-scale PostgreSQL or NoSQL stores such as Cassandra or ScyllaDB.
- Working knowledge of gRPC, Protobuf and microservice design, with good English communication.
