Role overview

This role turns accounting and HR product requirements into working prototypes, clear technical handoffs and production software. The team combines full-stack engineering with large language models and low-code tools.

Responsibilities

Design AI agents, skills and multi-step workflows that connect microservices and user interfaces.
Translate product requirements into user flows, data contracts and technical specifications.
Build and maintain Java or Kotlin services with Spring Boot and modern web interfaces, including React.
Create testable prototypes and production-ready code and documentation; use AI tools to help modernize legacy software.

Qualifications

The posting seeks substantial full-stack development experience, approximately eight years, with Java or Kotlin, REST APIs and microservices.
Experience with JavaScript or TypeScript and a modern framework such as React, Next.js, Vue or Angular, plus SQL, CI/CD, AWS, Docker and application security.
