Role overview

Build, customize and support Infor SyteLine / CloudSuite Industrial implementations for Gradion enterprise clients, including integration and post-launch operations.

Responsibilities

Configure and extend Infor modules for finance, supply chain, manufacturing or distribution workflows.
Connect Infor to other systems using APIs, ION and middleware; develop scripts, workflows and reports with Infor tools such as 4GL or Birst.
Resolve production issues against agreed service levels, support upgrades and migrations, and document technical changes for audit and handover.

Qualifications

At least two years of hands-on ERP development; experience on Infor or another major platform such as SAP, Oracle, Dynamics or Odoo is accepted.
Ability to build enterprise integrations using APIs and middleware, with an understanding of finance, supply-chain or manufacturing processes.
Good English for client collaboration, disciplined troubleshooting, and a relevant degree or equivalent practical experience.
