Role overview

As an Embedded Senior System Test Engineer for Safety System ( such as: ABS/ESP/iBooster ), you will.

Responsibilities

Run test cases and regression tests.
Analyze defect and report defects.
Clarify open points.
Analyze requirements, Design and build test cases.
Set up test environment: SIL (Software in Loop) & HIL (Hardware in Loop).
Coordinate team activities, and handle day-to-day work efficiently and independently.
Running & Develop automation scripts.
Set up, configure, and maintain LabCar test bench hardware and associated equipment.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, wiring, communication, and integration issues on LabCar/HIL systems to Maintain test bench availability.
Help with debugging activities involving ECU connections, CAN/LIN/Ethernet communication, measurement devices, and test automation infrastructure.

Qualifications

Major in Computer Engineering/ Information Technology/ Electrical-Electronics/ Electronics-Telecommunication/ Mechatronics Engineering/ Automotive or related fields.
Have 0.5 + years of experience in Software Testing.
Have knowledge about software life cycle.
Strong in 1 of following programming language: C/C++/Python/VBA/Perl scripting language, API programming.
Have basic Understanding of micro-controller and embedded system.
Hands-on understanding of electronic hardware, circuit fundamentals, sensors, actuators, and automotive ECU architecture.
Able to read wiring diagrams, hardware schematics, pinouts, and technical documentation.
Understanding of automotive communication protocols such as CAN, LIN, FlexRay, and/or Automotive Ethernet.
Able to diagnose and resolve hardware-related issues using debugging and measurement tools such as oscilloscopes, CAN analyzers, multimeters, and logic analyzers.
Good English communication skills.
It would be BIG advantage if you have: Automotive domain knowledge Exposure to emulators, simulators, debugging Understanding of UML and design techniques ISTQB Foundation certificate Chinese language.
