Role overview

The role supports customers running AI training and inference on GPU clusters sourced through Andromeda’s compute platform. The employer lists remote APAC.

Responsibilities

Reproduce and resolve Linux, networking, storage and Kubernetes failures; join a 24/7 on-call rotation and keep customers updated during incidents.
Coordinate fixes with compute providers, track recurring failures, and write Python or Bash monitoring, alerts and runbooks.

Qualifications

Command-line Linux troubleshooting, working Kubernetes knowledge, scripting in Python or Bash and clear customer communication are required.
GPU operations, high-performance networking, HPC schedulers, Prometheus or infrastructure-as-code experience are helpful but not required.
