Role overview

The QVAC team develops ways for people to use local AI through peer-to-peer technology. This role builds the software harness around models, including tools, loops and integrations, while maintaining reliable user-facing behaviour. The source lists remote work in Denmark, Sweden or Austria.

Responsibilities

Develop modules and tools that connect local AI models to user workflows.
Implement peer-to-peer components for local AI and extend model capabilities.
Deliver features and fixes with attention to performance and reliability.
Maintain code quality through tests, reviews and debugging.

Qualifications

At least five years building production software, with deep P2P or AI/LLM tooling experience.
Agent-harness work involving tool calls, agent loops, context and structured output.
Evaluation and testing of nondeterministic systems, strong JavaScript/TypeScript and complex-state modelling.
Understanding of network failures, model errors, timeouts and retries; relevant open-source contributions and remote communication.
