Nhóm FundsCore Platform của Grab xây dựng hệ thống thanh toán để quyết toán chính xác cho số lượng lớn nhà bán hàng. Vị trí backend cấp cao làm việc tại văn phòng CMC Creative Space ở TP. Hồ Chí Minh và báo cáo cho quản lý kỹ thuật tại Singapore.

Trách nhiệm

• Thiết kế và vận hành dịch vụ backend có khả năng mở rộng, chú trọng hiệu năng, chi phí, độ tin cậy và khả năng bảo trì.
• Chịu trách nhiệm tính năng từ làm rõ yêu cầu, thiết kế đến triển khai, kiểm thử, phát hành và giám sát sau ra mắt.
• Dẫn dắt đánh giá thiết kế và cân nhắc giữa độ tin cậy, độ trễ, thông lượng và chi phí.
• Trang bị metrics, logs và traces cho dịch vụ; xác định mục tiêu dịch vụ, cải thiện cảnh báo và lập kế hoạch năng lực.
• Cải thiện CI/CD, kiểm thử, tài liệu và quy trình liên nhóm an toàn.
• Hướng dẫn kỹ sư, tham gia trực xử lý sự cố và hỗ trợ phỏng vấn kỹ thuật.

Yêu cầu

• Có bằng khoa học máy tính hoặc kỹ thuật phần mềm và ít nhất năm năm kinh nghiệm phát triển backend.
• Sử dụng Go thành thạo, gồm xử lý đồng thời và tối ưu ứng dụng; nắm vững thuật toán, cấu trúc dữ liệu.
• Làm việc với MySQL hoặc PostgreSQL, gồm tối ưu truy vấn và độ tin cậy của cơ sở dữ liệu.
• Thiết kế microservice đám mây có khả năng mở rộng trên AWS hoặc GCP, tự động hóa hạ tầng bằng Terraform hoặc AWS CloudFormation.
• Thực hành TDD, CI/CD, Git, Jenkins và unit test; giao tiếp tiếng Anh lưu loát.
• Áp dụng công cụ AI lập trình như Copilot, Claude Code hoặc Cursor trong viết mã, gỡ lỗi, kiểm thử và rà soát; dùng AI để cải thiện điều tra sự cố và thiết kế hệ thống.
