Compare Vietnam software vendors before starting sales calls

For founders and CTOs with a defined software project who need a focused starting point for vendor conversations.

US$149 pilot proposal · one project · three vendors

A written comparison based on public sources, tailored to your stack, delivery model, budget constraints and timezone requirements.

  • A side-by-side matrix of three vendors, with dated source links.
  • Published capabilities and engagement models mapped to your requirements.
  • Clear separation of vendor claims, our fit assessment and unverified details.
  • Specific questions about staffing, quotes, delivery ownership and handover.

The proposed fee covers the research brief only. It does not include vendor introductions, recruiting, reference calls, technical audits, contract review or vendor fees. There is no guarantee of availability, cost savings or project outcomes.

Scope enquiries are open; online purchasing is not available. Scope, feasibility, delivery date and total price, including any applicable tax, must be confirmed before an order or payment. Sending an enquiry creates no obligation. Do not send payment or confidential project material.

Sample: a small SaaS team exploring a dedicated development partner

Illustrative brief, not a client engagement: an English-speaking product owner is exploring a dedicated team for a web product. Stack, budget and start date are not yet fixed. Sources checked 17 September 2026.

These are examples of how evidence is assessed, not a ranked shortlist or endorsement. The vendors have not been contacted and no commercial relationship is implied.

Saigon Technology

Published evidence: its dedicated-team page describes engineering, QA and supporting roles, including example team configurations and a discovery-to-onboarding process. Official service source.

Fit question: can it quote the same small initial team for your exact backlog rather than a broader package? Ask for named roles, allocation, minimum term and start-date confirmation. The page alone does not establish availability or your price.

Axon Active

Published evidence: its dedicated-team page describes a typical five-to-eight-person squad working on one client backlog, with engineering and QA roles. Official service source.

Fit question: is that team shape appropriate for a small initial project? Ask whether a smaller start is possible, who provides product ownership and how changes to team size work. A typical squad is not a confirmed minimum or a quote.

KMS Technology

Published evidence: its product-engineering service page positions the offering around building and evolving software products. Official service source.

Fit question: does its proposed engagement match a small dedicated team or a wider product-engineering programme? Request the delivery location, exact team, relevant project evidence and minimum commercial commitment.

What this evidence supports

All three are research candidates for a conversation, not approved suppliers. Without a stack, budget and delivery boundary, selecting a winner would be premature. First send the same brief to each and compare responses on the same scope.

  1. Who owns the backlog, architecture, acceptance testing and production support?
  2. Which named roles are allocated, for how many hours, and with what timezone overlap?
  3. What is included in the quote, and what triggers extra charges?
  4. What evidence can be shared for similar work with permission from the client?
  5. How are repository access, documentation, replacement staff and exit handover handled?

This sample uses vendor-published material, not independent verification. A tailored brief would narrow the candidates against your actual constraints and identify where the public evidence is insufficient.
