Horizon3 develops NodeZero, a container-based autonomous penetration-testing platform. This hands-on staff engineering role sets technical direction and writes production code for the Partner Integrations team. The posting lists remote work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Design the shared connector framework for authentication, events, retry, idempotency, schema mapping and observability.
Implement complex integrations with sensitive data or high-volume partner APIs.
Set reliability standards, diagnose partner incidents and mentor integration engineers.

Qualifications

Eight or more years of software engineering with production API or connector specialization.
Strong OAuth or API-key lifecycle, webhooks, pagination, rate limits, partial failures and schema evolution.
Expert Go or Python, distributed delivery patterns, observability, AWS or Kubernetes and technical leadership.
