Role overview

This staff role owns technical direction for AI automation across marketing, revenue operations and sales-development teams. It combines agent orchestration, integration with internal systems, evaluation and governance, with responsibility from design to production operation.

The Canadian posting excludes Quebec residents.

Responsibilities

Architect, test, deploy and run modular multi-agent systems using tools such as LangChain, CrewAI or MCP.
Build APIs, MCP servers, command-line tools and microservices connecting LLMs to BigQuery, CRM, Slack and other business data.
Design retrieval-augmented workflows, evaluation loops, logging, cost controls and human escalation paths.
Deploy reliable serverless or containerised services on Google Cloud and automate workflows with n8n, Workato or custom tools.
Partner with business teams to identify high-value problems and create documented self-service solutions.

Qualifications

At least eight years in software engineering and two years applying LLMs to production workflows, as stated by the employer.
Strong Python and JavaScript/Node.js with code review, testing and Git workflows.
Experience with prompt engineering, RAG, tool calling, structured outputs and evaluation of agent systems.
Google Cloud, BigQuery, Cloud Functions or Cloud Run experience, plus awareness of LLM failure modes, privacy and cost.
Ability to communicate with technical and business teams and independently select high-impact work.
