Responsibilities

Own and improve processes and systems for technical solutions for small and midsize businesses.

Partner with engineering, product, IT, security and customer-facing teams as appropriate.
Improve documentation, automation, reliability and operational readiness.

Qualifications

Senior or staff-level experience in the relevant security, solutions or IT discipline.
Strong analytical, communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Experience operating reliable systems and handling sensitive business or security information.
