Role overview

GTEMAS seeks a software engineer across middle and senior levels to deliver production systems spanning backend, frontend and infrastructure. Senior engineers also guide architecture and colleagues.

Responsibilities

Own features across application layers, participate in design and code review, and improve performance through caching, query optimization or asynchronous processing.
Maintain unit, integration and automation coverage; evaluate suitable tools and AI-assisted workflows while working with product, design and operations across time zones.
At senior level, make architecture decisions and mentor other engineers.

Qualifications

At least three years of professional development for middle level or six for senior level, with strong computer-science fundamentals and a modern full-stack language such as TypeScript, Python, Go or Java.
Experience with real-time communication, queues such as Kafka or RabbitMQ, Redis caching, Docker, SQL and NoSQL design, CI/CD and testing.
Fluent English and practical use of AI coding assistance; senior candidates need technical leadership and architecture ownership.
