Responsibilities

• EV PlatformチームのSenior Backend Engineerとして、Mapboxがグローバルに提供するEV充電ステーションデータを支えるデータインフラの開発に携わります。世界各地の充電ポイント事業者（CPO）やデータアグリゲーターから取得したデータを処理するデータ取り込みパイプライン、データの正確性を維持する品質管理システム、そしてお客様や社内チームにデータを提供するAPIなどを担当します。
• 新たな地域の充電ポイント事業者（CPO）との連携を進め、EV充電ステーションデータのグローバルなカバレッジを拡大する
• 複数のデータプロバイダーから取得した充電ステーションデータを照合・統合し、信頼できる単一のデータセットを構築するシステムを開発する
• データ取り込みパイプラインの信頼性と処理能力を向上させ、大規模なデータ処理に対応できるよう拡張する
• 充電ステーションの各種属性やリアルタイムの利用可能状況の正確性を確保するため、データ検証・品質管理システムを設計する
• データの健全性をモニタリングし、修正が必要なデータを検出・可視化するための社内ツールやダッシュボードを開発する
• EV充電データを各プロダクトで活用するMapbox社内のチームを技術面から支援する
• 拡張性の高いデータパイプラインおよびバックエンドサービスを設計・実装し、デプロイ、耐障害性、オブザーバビリティに関するベストプラクティスに沿って開発・運用する
• EV充電データの品質、正確性、カバレッジを評価するための実験を設計・実施する
• Mapboxの幅広いプロダクトエコシステムの中で、機能の設計から実装・リリースまで一貫して携わる。コードレビューや設計ドキュメントのレビュー、機能リリースの推進、オンコール対応を担当する
• プロダクトオーナー、関連チーム、マネジメントと連携し、今後のデータプラットフォームの方向性を策定・推進する

• 本番環境のバックエンドサービス開発における、3年以上のRustを使用した実務経験と高いスキルをお持ちの方
• AWS上のコンテナベース環境において、高可用性のバックエンドサービスやデータパイプラインを構築した経験をお持ちの方。Docker、ECS、Fargate、Kubernetesなどの利用経験に加え、サービスのモニタリング、インシデント対応、継続的なプロダクト改善に実践的に取り組んだ経験をお持ちの方。ArgoおよびDatadogの利用経験があれば尚可
• パイプライン設計、データ品質の検証、大規模データ処理など、データエンジニアリングに関する知識をお持ちの方
• 耐障害性、整合性、サービスディスカバリなど、分散システムに関する知識をお持ちの方。システムアーキテクチャの設計経験とアーキテクチャに関する理解があり、データ分析やパフォーマンスプロファイリングに基づいてサービスを改善できる方
