Role overview

Lead complex software delivery within a Keyloop team building automotive retail technology, with responsibility for design, quality, mentoring and operational health.

Responsibilities

Design scalable systems and own major features through implementation, tests, deployment and monitoring.
Lead architecture and code-quality discussions, improve CI/CD and testing practices, and use AI-assisted engineering tools with judgment.
Mentor less experienced engineers, respond to incidents, address technical debt and collaborate with product and design on the roadmap.

Qualifications

Deep software engineering fundamentals, distributed-system and API design, data modelling, and proficiency in at least one language with the ability to learn others.
Experience with automated testing, CI/CD, cloud-native concepts, observability and running production systems.
Ability to lead team-level technical choices, coach engineers and communicate tradeoffs across disciplines.
