Senior Full-stack Engineer, Support Tech at Grab

Role overview

Grab Support Tech seeks a senior full-stack engineer for Help Centre and agent-support systems. The team combines support workflows, automation and AI-assisted experiences for consumers, drivers and merchants.

Responsibilities

• Build features across Ruby on Rails, React, Go services, APIs and support-platform workflows.
• Lead technical design, deliver accessible frontends and observable microservices, and coordinate with product, design, QA and data teams.
• Own production quality through tests, monitoring, incident response, code review and mentoring.

Qualifications

• At least four years of full-stack development with production Ruby on Rails, React and Go experience.
• Distributed systems, APIs, data modelling, reliability, independent technical leadership and thorough testing.
• Practical AI coding-agent and LLM API use; workflow orchestration or support-automation products are advantageous.
