Role overview

This senior frontend role builds responsive React and Next.js interfaces for GTEMAS clients, with ownership of accessibility, performance and the quality of reusable UI components.

Responsibilities

Build web applications with React and Next.js, including reusable accessible components and design-system elements.
Manage complex state with Redux Toolkit, Zustand or React Query; improve Core Web Vitals and SEO.
Write Jest unit tests and Cypress or Playwright end-to-end tests, and translate designs into responsive layouts with UI/UX colleagues.

Qualifications

At least five years of frontend development and strong knowledge of React Hooks, Context and internals.
Experience with Next.js rendering modes such as SSR, ISR and SSG, plus TypeScript and modern CSS approaches.
Familiarity with frontend build and performance tools, REST APIs and authorization mechanisms.
