Role overview

Responsibilities

Design secure boot, trusted execution, protected storage, updates and communication for embedded platforms.
Model threats, review architecture, harden Linux, Android or QNX systems, and resolve vulnerabilities with development teams.
Validate security on hardware through code analysis, fuzzing or penetration testing; maintain security requirements and processes.

Qualifications

A relevant technical degree and seven to fifteen years of overall experience, including two to five years in embedded, systems or security engineering.
Hands-on Linux or Android low-level components and security concepts such as cryptography, secure coding, trusted boot, secure updates and communications.
Experience with SoCs, QNX, TrustZone, HSM, SELinux, AppArmor or security certifications is advantageous.
