Role overview

Endava seeks a senior data scientist to analyze complex movement from video for a sports-performance product, working directly with the client team.

Responsibilities

Design, develop and deploy computer vision solutions; own technical choices and explain tradeoffs to stakeholders.
Build detection, tracking, 2D pose estimation and temporal video models; curate data and evaluate models.

Qualifications

Production computer vision, Python, PyTorch, deep-learning training and evaluation, annotation workflows and challenging high-motion video.
Custom pose or keypoint design and strong English communication; 3D pose, synthetic data, biomechanics, Azure or sports analytics are advantages.
