Role overview

Build Salesforce platform capabilities behind Keyloop’s AI agents, turning agent use cases into reliable data models, actions and integrations in the Vietnam delivery hub.

Responsibilities

Translate Agentforce use cases into Salesforce objects, fields, Flows, Apex and Lightning Web Components that agents can invoke.
Connect agents to the right systems and data, then test complete agent-driven processes for safe and predictable production behavior.
Own Salesforce solutions from requirements to release and work with agent-design and knowledge-management teams and internal users.

Qualifications

Strong Salesforce engineering fundamentals, including data modelling, Apex, Flows, Lightning components and integration design.
Ability to turn business or agent requirements into tested platform behavior and take ownership through production.
Interest in AI agents and direct collaboration with users; prior Agentforce experience is not required because the employer provides training.
