Role overview

This R&D role works with product and design to rebuild and improve existing user experiences using AI-assisted development. The posting excludes Alabama, Colorado and Louisiana from its US hiring area.

Responsibilities

Create technical specifications and prompts for AI-assisted code generation, review and validate implementations, and own releases through production.
Mentor engineers on repeatable AI development practices and document patterns that other teams can adopt.
