Role overview

Serve as the technical contact for industrial and government customers deploying Realm products.

Responsibilities

Spend about a quarter of the role onsite, learning customer workflows and diagnosing field issues.
Prototype tools and integrations, including APIs, data pipelines and hardware interfaces.
Turn field observations into engineering requirements and support technical demonstrations.

Qualifications

At least two years in software engineering, field engineering or mission operations.
Coding and debugging fluency, Git and Linux, and experience with enterprise, industrial or security-critical products.
