Role overview

Improve the tools, AI-assisted workflows and delivery systems used by Tether’s QVAC application engineers.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain developer tooling and AI agents for desktop and mobile application teams.
Improve CI failure investigation, pull-request review, code-quality checks, testing and release automation.

Qualifications

Strong JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js, Git, CI/CD, automated testing and systematic debugging are required.
Experience integrating AI coding tools with human review and supporting adoption across engineering teams is important.
