We are looking for a Senior AI Developer who combines strong AI engineering expertise, full-stack engineering capability, and product-oriented mindset to build scalable, production-grade AI systems for real enterprise environments. This is not a proof-of-concept role — you will work on real AI systems deployed at enterprise scale with measurable business impact.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered capabilities for enterprise workflow platforms.
Build and improve Agentic AI systems for workflow generation, application generation, and intelligent automation.
Develop AI solutions using LLMs, RAG pipelines, agent orchestration frameworks, and structured AI workflows.
Improve AI reliability, accuracy, scalability, and operational quality.
Build pipelines to extract, structure, and transform enterprise and legacy system data into AI-ready datasets.
Work with ETL/ELT pipelines, vector databases, graph databases, search, and indexing systems.
Help with AI lifecycle management including training, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, and optimization.
Contribute to AI observability, evaluation frameworks, and quality monitoring systems.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA, and Architecture teams to integrate AI capabilities into enterprise platforms.
Help with AI-driven workflow automation, intelligent routing, predictive insights, and modernization initiatives.
Work with cloud-native architectures, microservices, APIs, and scalable enterprise systems.
Contribute to security, governance, and operational best practices for AI systems.
Mentor engineers and contribute to AI engineering standards and best practices.
Drive problem-solving and technical discussions across global teams.
Help translate complex business workflows into scalable AI-powered solutions.

Qualifications

Nice-to-Have.
Application Requirement.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, Data Science, or related fields.
7+ years of software engineering experience, including strong hands-on AI/ML system development experience.
Expert-level Python programming skills.
Hands-on experience in LLMs, Generative AI, RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, and AI agent orchestration frameworks.
Strong experience building scalable, production-grade enterprise systems.
experience in APIs, microservices, cloud platforms, and distributed systems.
Strong understanding of data engineering, ETL pipelines, and large-scale data processing.
experience in MLOps/LLMOps practices, CI/CD, containers, and cloud environments.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
experience in LangChain, LangGraph, or equivalent AI orchestration frameworks.
Experience modernizing legacy systems or enterprise workflow platforms.
Exposure to Low-Code / No-Code or business process automation platforms.
experience in vector databases, graph databases, or AI observability tools.
Understanding of AI performance optimization, inference optimization, or model efficiency techniques.
